Lauren is extremely well-versed in the contractual elements of the transactions and has a giant network of support to make things happen where others fall short. Lauren is on the boards of several charities and is committed to making a difference whenever and wherever she can. She has spoken at numerous top producer panels and given motivational speeches to large groups of realtors and to those considering getting into the profession. She loves hot yoga, running and meditation. Spending time with her daughter Megan and son Logan brings joy and excitement to her life. John Corrales started his career 2 decades ago at South Bay Brokers and not only became one of their top producing agents, he was also the first agent hired who was not a broker at the time or did not have 10 years of experience. Then, before having an office in downtown Manhattan Beach became popular, John was asked to open a high-end boutique shop at Northwest Realty where he later re-branded the company, NW Real Estate, and recruited more than 2 dozen agents who are still ensconced there today making dreams and deals come true.
John states, “It makes complete sense when you see the big picture. The town of Manhattan Beach changed when Metlox opened and made being downtown more accessible and attractive. So, why not work there too?” Later, in 2012, John was once again tapped to help the Manhattan Beach office of Coldwell Banker take off, and he made it happen in style by helping bring great agents to the company as well as having record-setting sales in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Palos Verdes Estates. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California. John was a past board member at the Roundhouse Aquarium in Manhattan Beach and he currently serves as a board member for the foundation Freedom4U.
